What to expect for in-clinic
What we are asking of you, the patient:
WEAR A MASK
Please wear a mask to your appointment. Masks can be available for purchase if you absolutely can’t find or make one
ARRIVE 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE
Your vehicle has now become your waiting room. To check-in, stay in the comfort of your own vehicle and simply call the clinic at 705-222-1300. Our staff will ask you some standard screening questions and direct you when to come in for your appointment once your therapist is ready.
Please disinfect your hands (at minimum) upon entering the clinic and again before you leave
NO WAITING ROOM
You will be escorted directly to an your appropriate sanitized treatment room.
MINIMIZE TIME AT THE FRONT DESK
Any in-person payments or bookings will be completed immediately following your appointment. We will not be accepting cash, and strongly encourage the use of Tap payment methods.
USE YOUR WASHROOM AT HOME
Please use the washroom prior to coming to your appointment, as our clinic washroom will be for emergency use only. Sorry for the inconvenience!
*Please note: To respect the physical distancing measures, only the person with a scheduled appointment will be allowed in the clinic unless you are a guardian/parent accompanying a minor/person with disability.
Health and Safety Protocols:
Our therapists will look slightly different but we promise we still have the same smile under our protective gear. To protect you and our staff, we will be wearing a mask, face shield, protective garments and gloves. *Please note: our staff/therapists will be screened at the beginning of everyday.
We have hand sanitizers throughout the clinic including each room. We are frequently disinfecting all objects, common areas and high use surfaces after each use. We will be wiping down all treatment surfaces after each appointment. Our therapists wash and disinfect their hands after every patient before putting on new gloves. We are staggering appointment times (please do not be shocked if you receive an appointment at 2:10pm for example rather than 2pm) as this will limit the amount of people in our clinic at one given time.
Let’s continue to work together to keep our clinic and our community safe.
