Download Covid-19 Appoinment Protocol
*Please note: To respect the physical distancing measures, only the person with a scheduled appointment will be allowed in the clinic unless you are a guardian/parent accompanying a minor/person with disability.
Health and Safety Protocols:Our therapists will look slightly different but we promise we still have the same smile under our protective gear. To protect you and our staff, we will be wearing a mask, face shield, protective garments and gloves. *Please note: our staff/therapists will be screened at the beginning of everyday.
We have hand sanitizers throughout the clinic including each room. We are frequently disinfecting all objects, common areas and high use surfaces after each use. We will be wiping down all treatment surfaces after each appointment. Our therapists wash and disinfect their hands after every patient before putting on new gloves. We are staggering appointment times (please do not be shocked if you receive an appointment at 2:10pm for example rather than 2pm) as this will limit the amount of people in our clinic at one given time. Let’s continue to work together to keep our clinic and our community safe. |
